Dear Sir

My daughter and I were guests at your hotel from March 10-16. I wanted to write you a quick note and let you know how much I enjoyed staying there. I found your hotel to be conveniently located, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast excellent. All of these were pleasing but I have never stayed anywhere where the staff were as accommodating. Not only were they always friendly and efficient, I found that any requested was meet with a willingness to not get me the information I needed but to also get me it quickly and to go the extra mile (or in your case kilometer) and get me more that what is needed.
Again thank you and I look forward to my next stay.

...es ist hier einfach immer wieder großartig. In Verbindung den tollen Braunschweiger Veranstaltungen machen die Übernachtungen hier einfach alles perfekt!
